Options include “build your own” for bespoke creations or indulge in a “buffet style” meal for those that like a little bit of everything.
Neapolitan style dough is made from scratch, proved for a minimum of 24 hours for lightness and exceptional taste. It is then topped with the finest ingredients before being expertly stone baked in wood fired ovens at over 400c.
